The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen.Role ResponsibilitiesTranscribe all spoken information during calls without relying on recordings or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) support. The focus is to provide an exact written record of the meetings as they happen.Ensure all spoken information and gestures are correctly captured during the virtual meetingFinal transcription for the virtual meetings must be delivered within 24 hours after participating in the meetingCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracyRole RequirementsCandidates selected for an interview will be required to participate in a live, 10-minute transcription test as part of the qualification processMinimum 2 years of experience transcribing live, real-time eventsComprehensive understanding of the conventions followed during transcriptionCompleted courses in typing / stenographyShorthand typing speed Proficiency using Google Workspace/Suite productsStable internet connection and comfortable working with Google Chromebook (Note: equipment will be provided)Excellent active listening skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyNCRA certification is a plusExperience with steno machines is a plusDataForce offers companies in technology, advertisement, entertainment, and other industries reliable BPO and Data Collection & Annotation services.
